discount health providers. Each offers discounted proffesional services for Health Alliance
members. If not otherwise indicated, assume a (607) area code for telephone numbers.
Ithaca Health Alliance/Ithaca Health Fund program member grants can be made payable
to ANY health provider anywhere in the world. The only grants which require discounts are
the Exam grant category (Medical, Dental, Eye, Genito-Urinary, Hearing, Periodontal Exams).
