The Ithaca Health Alliance was founded in 1997. Our mission is to facilitate access to health care for all, with a focus on the needs of the uninsured. This promotional class offers community members an opportunity to join the IHA, or renew memberships, at the same time as learning a body mechanics technique.

HANNA SOMATIC EDUCATION CLASSES
WINTER/SPRING 08

Hanna Somatic Education is a natural, gentle, and safe way to end chronic pain, increase flexibility, and relieve stress. It is a system of neuromuscular education (mind/body training).
It is best described as a Western Form of Hara Education.

This 8- week guided movement class begins February 28, 2008 and lasts through April 17, 2008.
We will meet from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday evenings at the Foundation of Light (391 Turkey Hill Road, Ithaca).

Cost: $120
